Time Cards

    Administrators can export employee time card data and run reports.

    Adding Punches and Deleting Punches
    Administrators can manually add and delete punches from an employee's time card. Click the Time Cards tab, then select the user's name from the list. The employee's time card for the current pay period will display.

    To add a punch, select the department and enter the number of hours to the right of the appropriate date. You can also delete or change a punch time. When you are finished, click Save.

    Administrators can export time card data.
    Choose the format in which you will export the time cards for payroll processing on the Settings tab. Then click the Export link. In the Export Preferencesection, choose the format in which reports will be exported.

    NOTE:  If you export to any format other than CSV or ProcessingPoint, you will incur a $5.00 charge per month.

    Specify the code you’d like to use for each section header in the report by clicking the Edit link in the appropriate section and entering the code. When you are finished with each setting, click Save.

    To print a time card, follow these steps:

    1.  Click the Time Cards tab on the main menu.

    2.  Select the user's name from the list.

    The employee's time card will display.

    3.  Click the Print link at the bottom of the screen.

    The Print dialog box appears, allowing you to send the time card to the printer of your choice.

    To email a time card, follow these steps:

    1.  Click the Time Cards tab on the main menu.

    2.  Select the user's name from the list.

    The employee's time card will display.

    3.  Click the Email link at the bottom of the screen.

    The Email dialog box appears, allowing you to email the time card.
