You can give other people access to your master console by adding console admins. By giving them access to the master console, you are allowing them to manage your client accounts and other console admins.
Navigate to users on the side navigation bar and click Console Administrators. Click on the add icon on the top right corner.
Add Console Admin
- Enter the first and last name of the new console administrator.
- Enter the email address of the console administrator.
- Enter the phone number of the console administrator.
- Enter the username and password that will be used to login to the master console.
- Select the timezone.
Edit Console Admin
To edit a console administrator, navigate to the console admin page and click edit next to the administrator's name.
When a console admin is created, the console admin is automatically added as a client admin to all existing client accounts in the master console.
