To approve a timecard as an employee, follow the steps below for the web portal or smartphone app.
Web Portal Instructions
- Log in to the uAttend web portal, using the username, password, and URL provided by your administrator.
- Go to the Timecards section.
- Select the pay period for the timecard you wish to approve.
- Review the timecard for accuracy. Report errors to your administrator for correction. Once you have confirmed that the information on the timecard is correct, click 'approve timecard' toward the bottom right corner of the timecard.
Smartphone App Instructions
- Log in to the uAttend mobile app, using the username, password, and Company ID provided by your administrator.
- Go to the Timecards section.
- Select the pay period for the timecard you wish to approve.
- Review the timecard for accuracy. Report errors to your administrator for correction. Once you have confirmed that the information on the timecard is correct, tap the calendar icon toward the bottom center of the page.
- Tap the 'Approve Timecard' button.
