The Group Punch option allows administrators and supervisors to easily add punches for an employee or a group of employees without having to navigate to the employee's timecard. Administrators will be able to add a manual punch for all employees. Supervisors will only be able to add group punches for the employees in their responsible departments.
To perform a group punch, select the More tab.
2. Select Group Punch.
3. Select the employees you wish to include in the punch, then tap Next. You can filter your selection by department by selecting the department icon at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
4. Select the Date of the Group Punch then tap Next. Group Punches can be made in Real and Variable time.
5. Select the time of the Group Punch, then tap Next.
The next page will show you a summary with a list of employees included in the Group Punch with the date and time listed at the top of the screen.
Once you have confirmed the Group Punch information is correct, tap the Punch button to complete the punch.
