In this article, we will learn about adding Tips and Expenses using the uAttend application.
Note: The account administrator will need to have these features enabled to use them on the uAttend application.
To add an Expense, you will first need to select the Time Card section, then select a date and the Expense tab.
This page will display any current Expenses, as well as any notes that were added to the expense.
Tap on the pencil icon to add an expense.
The next page will display a list of authorized expense codes created by the account administrator.
Select the appropriate expense, then tap Next.
Enter the amount for the expense.
You will then see a confirmation message with the option to add a note to your expense. Tap on add note to leave a note with your submission.
To add Tips, select the Tip option at the top of the screen.
This page will display any current Tips, as well as any notes that were added to the Tip.
Tap on the pencil icon to add a tip.
The next page will prompt you for the tip amount. Enter the appropriate amount and select Next.
You will then see a confirmation message with the option to add a note to your Tip. Tap on add note to leave a note with your submission.
You can also add Tips and Expenses by selecting the calendar icon on the Time Card section.
Once you select the calendar icon, you can select either Add Tip or Add Expense, then select the day you would like them to be applied.
