Note: The admin can configure the account for timecard approvals in the web portal. Click here to check out the help file on that.
To approve your timecard, you will first need to select the Time Card tab at the bottom of the application screen.
2. Next, select Approve Time Card.
3. Review your timecard information for the current pay period, then tap Approve at the bottom of the page.
Lastly, you will receive confirmation that your Timecard has been approved.
Note: Once your timecard has been approved, you will have the option to select UnApprove. Once a timecard has been approved, it must be UnApproved before making any additional changes to your timecard.
To email your timecard, you will first need to select the Time Card tab at the bottom of the application screen.
Next, select Email Time Card.
Tap the + button, then enter an email address to send your timecard to or select a previous email from the list.
Note: You can send to your timecard to multiple email addresses at a time.
Once you have selected the appropriate email address, select Send Time Card.
You will then be prompted to add a message to your timecard email. (Optional)
Finally, you will receive a message confirming your timecard has been sent.
