To add members to your customer loyalty program, follow these steps:
1. From the Customers tab, select Customer List, then Loyalty Program.
2. Click Add Customer.
3. Fill in the fields for the customer.
NOTE: You are required to enter either a phone number or email address, but both fields are not required.
4. Click Save.
